Move’s private co-investment strategy is a bespoke portfolio construction, taking passive stakes in high growth early stage companies. The overriding risk metric is to only invest alongside founders/entrepreneurs who have had a previously successful exit or where the opportunity set, is where Move’s VC/PE/PC managers have identified a significant opportunity within their defined investment criteria. This is also an adjunct to the alpha strategy for additional outperformance within asset selection. The co-investment programs is managed by Move, who are directly involved in manager & company entity due diligence, portfolio construction, and risk management.
